A beautiful summer day. Swollen greenery all around, birds singing, the sound of grasses, buzzing insects and two of them - women in different age. This is what divides them, but also pushes towards each other. They are highly close together. What secret do their bond hide? What can they grasp from each other? Where does "one more moment" spent together rush to them?

The Cracks

Szczeliny is a story about thirty year old Teresa, a young mother who falls into postpartum depression after childbirth. Along with her husband, Tadeusz, they decide to temporarily move back to Theresa's childhood home in a small town. Tadeusz hopes that Teresa's mother, Hanna, will help them overcome Teresa's disorder.
In her home town, Teresa unexpectedly runs into her past love, Anna. Strong emotion is reborn in both women. From this moment on the image of depression interwines with an image of desire and fascination. Theresa is left with a diffucult choice- should she stay with her husband or begin a new life with Anna?
